By placing an order with Tram Scrolls Australia whether by this website, email, telephone or post you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions. The following terms and conditions have been put into place in order to protect the interests of our customers and our business.

When you the ‘purchaser’ submit an image whether by uploading onto the website, email or post ‘you’ have confirmed that ‘you’ have the rights or obtained the relevant written permission for the image in accordance with Australian and international Copyright Legislation and that we at blue Horizon Printing cannot accept any responsibility or liability for any legal action that may arise. Images available on our gallery are used under formal licence agreements with their provider or submitting artist.

Colour representation

Every effort is made to reproduce colours accurately, matching as closely as we can to your image supplied, as viewed on a colour calibrated monitor. In accepting our Terms and Conditions our customers take on the understanding that discrepancies can occur when viewing images on un-calibrated monitors. Colour representation can differ from one monitor to another as can viewing the same image on your camera LCD monitor or a print. Our vintage or antique effect tram scrolls are black and white tram scrolls with a vintage colour overlay, this adds a strong faded effect to the artwork, adding brown tinges and the lettering becomes off-white / cream.

Overseas delivery

Note that due to parcel size restrictions in the US and Canada the large size is reduced from the regular 78cm x 171cm down to 71cm x 150cm, a price reduction of $35 can be provided.

While every effort is made to delivery a parcel overseas in perfect condition, we cannot be held liable for damages in transit outside of Australia but if photo evidence of damage is provided we can seek compensation and inturn when that its recueved offer the refund to our customers. this said, transit damage is very rare.

Customer Satisfaction Policy/ Returns policy

Every effort is made to ensure that our customers receive the very highest quality artwork, we ensure the best quality canvas, inks, stretched bars and also take great pride in our customer service. This in mind we will always replace any artwork that is any way faulty or damaged. In cases where you, the recipient receive artwork that is not what you ordered in terms of the product name or description we will always replace this artwork, refunds are at our own discretion but are usually issued.We cannot however be held accountable for customers not reading the full product description or details, if any complaints should arise in relation to these issues they will be dealt with on a case by case basis.

We collect personal information about you but NEVER disclose that information to any other entity, except for the purposes of supplying the goods and services to you.
