FAQs

1. What is a stretched / unstretched destination scroll?

We offer the choice of either stretched or unstretched (rolled) tram destination scrolls, the difference is whether the printed canvas scroll has been mounted onto a timber frame. A stretched tram scroll means that the canvas is tightly stretched over a solid, kiln dried timber frame and is delivered ready to hang straight on the wall.

An unstretched scroll is just the printed scroll without the timber frame, this is delivered rolled in a tube, the reason people usually chose unstretched tram / bus scroll is either to hang the scroll over a rail / post making the scroll a tram / bus banner, or to send overseas.

2.  How many lines should i have on my destination print?

We recommend between 11 and 16 lines although we can always create customised designs to accommodate almost any specific requirements! 14 lines is ideal. The modernista style bus and tram scroll can accommodate anything from 30 to 40 lines depending on how long they are.

3. How long will it take to deliver my bus canvas?

The standard turnaround is 7- 10 days, WA & NT take around 2 weeks, however for a nominal extra fee we can offer an express service that can get your scroll to you in as little as 24 hours.
