Shipping Details
Once payment for your order has been received, we begin printing, drying, laminating, spraying, and finally stretching. We use premium-quality components at every step of the process, including archival, museum-grade 100% cotton canvas, top-of-the-line Epson wide-format giclee art printers, premium UV-protective spray, and imported kiln-dried timber. Extra care is taken to ensure the canvas has a good protective layer while still maintaining a nice canvas look and feel, not a ‘plastic effect’ like many other bus canvas & tram scroll printers. The tram scroll, when printed, has a matt finish and is delivered ready to hang straight on the wall.
Australian Shipping costs
We offer FAST delivery for any tram scrolls, anywhere in Australia. We use Couriers Please as standard or TNT for express overnight deliveries if required. Upon receipt of payment, we aim to deliver the tram scroll within 2 weeks, usually within 7-10 days. Perth and Brisbane are the fastest as we print in both locations. Please note we offer a PRIORITY / EXPRESS service, which means your design is created first before other orders, and your art is also bumped straight to the front of the queue. Delivery is normally within 3 days. Overnight delivery can be arranged; the cost varies by delivery location.
Stretched Tram Scrolls in Australia
We offer one flat subsidised shipping rate of $40 for a small, $50 for a medium and $60 for a large, for all stretched tram scrolls anywhere in Australia (delivered ready to hang on the wall). Rolled canvases (no wooden stretcher bars) are cheaper — $30, $35 and $40 depending on the size.
Perth Metro delivery: because we print in Perth (Booragoon), tram scrolls delivered to Perth metro postcodes (6000–6199) ship at our standard Australian rates (stretched or rolled). Regional / country WA uses the standard rates above, and free pickup from our Booragoon (Perth WA) studio is always available.
Free local pickup is available from either of our two Australian print facilities: Noosa, Queensland (Unit 2 Industrial Lane, 170 Eumundi-Noosa Rd, Noosaville QLD 4566) or Booragoon, Perth WA. Choose "Local pickup" at checkout and we’ll email you when your scroll is ready to collect.
International Shipping Costs
Both stretched and unstretched rolled Tram Scrolls /Â Tram Destination Scrolls can be delivered anywhere in the world. The turnaround times are surprisingly fast, with delivery normally being made within 2-3 weeks of payment.

Packaging
We ship both stretched and unstretched tram scrolls worldwide. We have delivered all over the globe, from the UK, USA, Singapore, Russia, and Italy, to name just a few. Our tram scrolls are large and delicate pieces of art, and therefore, we have carefully devised a method for transporting them safely.
The finished tram scroll is first thoroughly wrapped in bubble wrap then for long-distance freight we use corflute signwriters packaging, this insulated protective layer can resist an enormous amount of wear and tear. Finally, the package is carefully covered in cardboard to add the last protective layer.
